Cancellations/ Returns/ Refunds

Returns can be a pain; however, we will be quick and precise about exchanging an item or getting you a refund. The best way to get ahold of Hensley Rey's Children's Boutique is through email at hensleyreys@gmail.com. Any questions or concerns about a refund please contact Hensley Reys' through our email. 

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for a refund. Order processing usually takes 1-3 days. Once the order is processed, on average the ship times are 12-20 days. 

Returns

You have 30 days to initiate a return for an item from the date you place your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (this can be the original order number or receipt). We must receive your return within 30 days from the day your return is approved or we will not be able to process your return. We will gladly replace defective items and items that arrived not as described. If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If USPS has confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by USPS. We suggest filing a missing package report with USPS if this is the case. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address. 

Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact hensleyreys@gmail.com.

Hensley Rey's is not responsible is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers responsibility, so we suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they have been worn or washed. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay returning postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # WITH YOUR RETURN WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN & YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

We can only issue returns to your original form of payment. If that is not an option for you, (no longer have that card, don't have access to that account, etc...) we can issue you an in store credit. 

  • We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
